Guided Meditation

Join us for a morning of guided meditation and visualization for wellness, relaxation, and empowerment. Come in, relax and ground yourself, and be guided through an original, purposeful meditation. There will be time afterwards for discussion, journaling, and tea. Chairs and/or yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own cushion or seating!

Meditation has shown to have great calming and healing affects on the body, as well as leading to increased inner peace, acceptance, and enlightenment.

We meet at Wild Woman Wellness Center in Franklin, NH. There is a suggested donation of $10 to cover costs and center rental. There is no attendance cap or age limit, but keep in mind the meditation will last roughly half an hour, so children unable to sit and focus for that long may not be right for this group.
